Spring Retreat at Habakkuk House

As I watch my weather app for all the places I have lived, I am so grateful to be living in Tennessee currently. Here we are in February and even though we get some rain and clouds with temperatures ranging in the 30s and 40s, last week we had a beautiful sunny day when the temperature reached 70 and today's weather is in the high 60s! Glorious!

I love seeing my neighbors out and the golfers across the street at WildLaurel! I do love the sunshine and warm weather! Habakkuk House has been closed but we are now taking reservations for the spring.

Our Bed and Breakfast is overlooking the beautiful Wild Laurel Golf Course in Townsend, Tennessee - the Quieter Side of the Smokies where our guests have access to The Clubhouse, the pool, and workout facility. We are just a few minutes from the park entrance near Cades Cove. We offer 3 beautiful but affordable rooms all with en suite bathrooms in our BNB. It is possible with planning to accommodate up to 12 people (5 King beds, 2 twins in loft, 4 bathrooms.) A tasty southern breakfast is provided each morning.

Ruth has been in ministry for 10 years on Young Life staff in Massachusetts and we know the joy and struggles of ministry. We love the Smoky Mountains and are thrilled to be living in this area. We recently bought this house and would love to use it to provide a place for pastors or those in ministry to get away for some REST time.

Are you looking for a great place to have a personal, staff, or small group retreat?

If you are interested in finding out more, look at our website and then give me a call. We have a generous discount for those in ministry!
